The first project that I was eager to do was to upcycle a dress.

As it already had a lot of detail going on in the patterned material that the dress was made from I had to be careful not to overdo the upcycling.

Here is what it used to look like ...

This is how it looks now ...

The green 'rose swirl' flowers are my own design. 

These new features are just what this dress needed to give it a bit of an up-grade and to vary the detail a bit.
