Mintopoly Moon is a play2earn game where you can buy moon bases that, depending on the type, produce a specific resource. The game token is called MM (here you can find more info https://www.mintopoly.io/token)
There are 9 types of bases which in turn produce the specific resource (Silver, Moon Bricks, Infrastructure, Electricity, Water, Crops, Magic, Culture, Influence), to power them it is necessary to deposit a specific resource which will then be multiplied (the harving obviously decreases with the course of time).

Assets can be traded on an internal exchange:

The game is very nice and the developers are very good, as well as being very fair.
But let's get to the ROI:
Buying a base costs about 15000 MM tokens ($15), the price varies based on the cost of minting buying resources on the game exchange or to OpenSea listing price (https://opensea.io/collection/mintopoly-moon).
Every bases multiplies by 4 the resources used to power it. So for example if I buy a base that produces Magic, I need Influence to feed it. For every 28 of Influence I enter, the base will produce 96 Magic in two days. This resource will then be sold, to date the prices of Influence and Magic are the same and are 1.8 MM tokens each. So in a month I will have a net gain of 1260 MM [(28 - 7) x 3] x 30 which involves at least a year of play to recover the initial investment.
A year is really a long time, the only hope is that the project will grow and that the MM token will go up in price considerably.
XOXO
