Have you ever read Orwell's 1984 novel? Talk about a despotic future where Big Brother controls all our actions! Where citizens have no freedom. If one day the same scenario were to happen in our countries, what could save us?

What could allow us to escape and free ourselves from the chains?

My answer is Bitcoin.

The reasons are simple:

• no bank or no country will ever be able to block our bitcoins on our wallet.
• in some countries, like San Salvador, it is possible to buy essential goods in Bitcoin in total safety.

I am not very optimistic about the future, I hope to be able to continue to remain a person free to express my ideas, to follow my choices even when these are contrary to common thinking.
