I'm not going to teach you anything new but I'm going to remind you of what you already know you should be doing.

The Blockchain market is bearish and it seems that it will continue like this for a few months, so I think it is a good time to look for good projects for the future. A good project must have several qualities that make it just that, a good project.

In the first place, it must provide a solution or a utility in order to be taken into consideration. If it meets the first requirement, we must check that it is not a repetitive project that has a lot of competition (or the losing battle before starting).

It must be clear that the projects we are talking about are not cheap to develop or maintain, especially if market conditions remain unfavorable for a long time. Which brings us to the next key point of a promising project, financing and profitability. If the project is not profitable in the short term, it must have strong financing to withstand a bear market.

If the cash reserves are enough, in addition to having found a simpler solution than others for something... we can only be aware of the project and that the planned roadmap is acomplished. Verify the development deadlines have been met would be a good final indicator after having verified all of the above.
