Berkshire Hathaway lose $43.8 billion

We woke up with Bitcoin at $23,800 and Ethereum at $1,750, not surprising after trying to consolidate above $24,000 and $1,800 respectively. Yesterday we had a green day for the markets but NVIDIA's earnings release was worse than expected and caused a sharp drop in its share price, it also affected microchip producers.

The Berkshire Hathaway investment fund has seen its investment portfolio lose $43.8 billion in value in the second quarter, they have also slowed down its pace of purchases. It's not uncommon to see long-term investors go into the red, so I wouldn't worry about that if I were a Berkshire client, I'd be more concerned about the 91-year-old Warren Buffet.

Meanwhile, the SEC continues its fight to try to regulate cryptocurrencies and treat them as a security, the residents of NY increase their complaints about the noise of the crypto farms and those of Cryptopunk are going to divide the ownership of an NFT among thousands of people.
