- In the first bankruptcy hearing of Celsius, its lawyers argue that users gave up their rights to the deposited tokens when they accepted the conditions of the terms and services of "Earn and Borrow" accounts. Nothing new, not your keys, not your coins. Celsius has also decided to bet on Bitcoin mining in a rare move since they sold many of their mining equipment very cheaply.
- The Ethereum merge is 90% complete according to Vitalik Buterin. The date for The Merge would be September 19. Hey, remember that "almost" is not "complete"!
