What have you've heard about Ukraine? Now, really, what exactly have you heard about this country, before the events of 2022?

The odds are, not too much. You´ve probaly knew that this is a country somewhere at the edge of Europe, full of oligrachs, and with weird relations with Russia; or maybe you thought that it's a part of Russia. The truth is, it's neither of those things. It's not a third world country without hope, nor is it a EU level one. It's somewhere in the middle, with complicating history and a lot of problems, just like any other.

The point of this article is to try a new thing. This is an crypto platform site, and there are a lof ot writers who do just that - write about crypto. And that's fine. That's what I've been doin', just trying to write some articles abot things that I myself do not fully understand, to get you folks to tip me for a quick buck. But after a year of absence I've decided to pursue one of my dreams - writing. And writing about things that are interesting to me at specific times, not what I´m expected to, but rather what I want to. Let me know if you think it´s a stupid idea and maybe if you are interested to be a part of the journey. Anyway, let´s get back to the topic - Ukraine. Land of the free and brave.

So, to truly dive into something, you need to not only get the basic and general knowledge(that will be covered as well in another articles, if I´m not lazy and if this finds a response.); but also - details. 

So what details am I talking? Two things, for starters: an overview of well-known and then no so much known cities, and stories from Ukranians themselfs, that I was lucky to meet.
