Practice it by doing a mind mapping of any scenario you like and try to do it in 3-5 minutes. Building momentum is Key for achieving results. Consider associations and beliefs from the map, which may contain some positive, some that might need some tweaking and some that you would like to replace. The priority order can be drawn using a twig and priority level as High, Medium or Low depending on impact or concern it can cause.
