What does their Digital Service Act entail exactly?

OK now we got all that out the way, disinfo, violence and hate speech are the cornerstones it seems. But it actually isn't. Here's a rather odd interaction between Musk and Goebbels...I mean Brenton where Musk calls him out to publicly share what ''hate/disinfo'' the EU is talking about:

But the bottom line being that "fake content" is a major concern. So allow me to outrage you by daring to claim the dozens of decapitated Israeli babies story which many ms-media shared was most likely fake:

And isn't it btw weird that we now do have evidence? In power/food shortage and bombed Gaza where entire buildings are collapsing on people? While on the Israeli side evidence was hard to present because, what did that first post in English say, "the bodies are hidden so it's impossible to verify''? GTFO!

But this is not some deranged psycho competition of who murders the least number of babies, the point is apart from that first story there have been several widespread mainstream examples of fake/propaganda attempts to vilify the Palestinian side by using, I kid you not, images of Palestinian children:

This one was shared widely within the first 48 hours and by far the worst example as it was also sent out by two actual European politicians:

Which of course were Palestinian children in a despicable act which occurred 5 years ago, so who cares now right?

So call me crazy, but something tells me that when the EU already chose sides from day one on this conflict and are now trying to pressure Musk on taking action against those spreading ''disinformation'' regarding Palestine on his platform, they are not trying to censor themselves. So they don't mean actual fake news but just undesired news. Inconvenient truths if you will, like this one where a particular EU plagiarizing queen claims that attacking energy and water supplies constitutes ''a war crime''.

Which de facto and self admittedly means the EU is now standing with war crimes:
