I am genuinely asking because this is for me sincerely the first time in years I've actually read something positive regarding China when casually browsing the daily news articles.
To be blunt, the anti-China propaganda spread especially in the United States is so transparent it's laughable and many claim directly related to the increase in racist attacks in several countries.
But to stay on topic and answer the title question: Bitcoin of course.

I'm not going to respond to the "crime, terrorist, drugs, pollution" blabla slander against Bitcoin here, we've heard those many times before and know it has no basis whatsoever. I am going to focus on this particular claim the author made:
"But just because bitcoin isn’t controlled centrally does not mean it is decentralized. A thousand people own 40 percent of all bitcoin. With a market cap of more than $500 billion, 1,000 unelected, anonymous individuals can send tremors through the cryptocurrency market with a single shrug. That’s not decentralization — that’s a pump-and-dump scam"
So, according to the author's logic of the above article, the UN is also a "scam". Why not? Only 5 nations hold permanent seats with veto power while there are 193 UN member states. Oil is also "a scam" you know. The top 4 nations (Venezuela, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Canada) with most oil reserves have combined more than the rest of the world combined. That's even including large reserves and even oil producing nations such as Russia, Iran and the United States, so can you imagine how devastating it would be for particularly them as both producers and medium-large holders if the top 4 colluded and "dumped" their oil reserves ?

Why stop there, precious metals are also a "scam". The top 5 nations with their total gold reserves (Italy, United States, Germany, Russia and France) hold again more than the rest of the entire world combined, that's including large gold reserves of the likes of Japan, China and Switzerland.

Who knew our world was riddled with so many "scams". Thanks for enlightening us Independent and Sid Mohasseb ;)
