Seems we are starting to get our answers regarding Binance and their long-term suspension of Euro SWIFT and Dutch direct banking deposits
The Dutch Bank DNB is claiming Binance is offering their services to Dutch citizens and is thus operating "illegally" there. They also state it's not the clients who are breaching the law, but Binance for offering their services without a license, something they claim "all" Crypto exchanges and wallets must do before operating in the Netherlands. I wonder if they think this WWW stands for DutchWideWeb?
Binance has btw not issued a statement regarding the news reports yet.

Now, I don't want to be 'one of those', but you can be certain that Binance is definitely not the only one who is doing so, but simply the largest one and is thus attracting attention of the leeches who want a piece of the Crypto pie under the pretext of "terrorism, drugs money, laundering" claims.
This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone, just a few month ago they were the first country in all of Europe to implement ludicrous borderline insane demands and regulations on Dutch exchanges and Crypto platforms.
