At the time of ranting Solana already lost its spot to Binance again but that's not really the point. Well, it sort of is because when you gain value and users by sheer 💩, it is only a matter of time before that 💩 starts stinking and inevitably starts chasing people away.
If you have no idea what I am talking about you must not be familiar with the world of Solana tokens and I applaud you for it, quickly save yourself and turn away now because if you thought ERC20 or BRC20 tokens were trash, then just get a load of this 💩:
Ever heard of dogwifhat or book of meme? Sure you have, the by now trending Binance listed and well known Solana tokens, but there was also this:

I swear if I got a sat for every pointless, useless and borderline offensive Solana token I saw I'd by now have more Bitcoins than Microstrategy.

So now you understand why I used the 💩 phrase so much. But wait, there's more. Apparently Richard Dawkins is the one who first coined the phrase ''meme''. 'His 1976 book The Selfish Gene popularised the gene-centred view of evolution, as well as coining the term meme. Dawkins has won several academic and writing awards'.
Well, we therefore now have a shatty useless cringeworthy Dawkins meme coin:

It is just so dumb and ridiculous They're not even funny memes, honestly IMO these are more cringe than anything. We should start calling them cringecoins.
