I guess our dear Musk never heard of Venezuela, Afghanistan, Crimea, North Korea, Syria, Iraq Pakistan, Belarus, Iran, Libya, Lebanon, Serbia and of course the most disgraceful, shameful displays as to why we need free, decentralized transfer of wealth and why jokes like PayPal can never fill Bitcoin's shoes: WikiLeaks
