What can you say about the former defunct IMF director and current ECB chief Lagarde? That it's an absolute buffoon that's what. I swear every time these people open their mouths it leaves me in awe at the level of degeneracy that comes out of it. People who just so happens to be making crucial decisions that effect all of us btw, but that's another story.
So it's no secret that anyone at the IMF or pretty much any modern (read outdated) financial institution with global reach would oppose Bitcoin and crypto as a whole. But you know what was a secret? That their own children are actually more positive towards crypto. Remember that Schiff guy? His own son was apparently also very understanding and supportive of cryptos. But that wasn't half the shock this next one is:
"Christine Lagarde says her son has been investing in digital assets despite her openly expressed stance against cryptocurrencies." Ohhh the irony. But hers is not a success story, this is a cautionary tale as the boy apparently lost money on his investments as her son “ignored me royally and lost almost all the money that he had invested....It wasn’t a lot but he lost it all, about 60% of it. So, when I then had another talk with him about it, he reluctantly accepted that I was right. I have, as you can tell, a very low opinion of cryptos.”
What does that even mean? We somehow hear like three different conclusions in one single sentence. He lost, but didn't lose a lot, he lost everything, about 60%.🤨 Is this the same way she handled the member nations' money at the Fund? No wonder so many turned their backs on the IMF and started opting for the NDB and crypto.😂
But the bottom line from Lagarde's conclusion is this: MLM pyramid scams are good because some guy's mom endorses it after her own son made money in it. That's how it all works then right? This comment here touched upon the same thing and said it best IMO:

Sadly for us we don't get to know the actual important details of his crypto adventure, was it bad choices like Luna, Safemoon, bad timing during the Solana/FTX debacle, who knows. That part isn't of vital importance or anything right? But you know the saddest part? Some people were actually agreeing with her and applauding her courage and honesty to step up and admit her son's involvement and eventual losses. IDK if that is more infuriating or depressing, I guess some people truly never learn so in case you happen to be one of them, allow me to break it down for you:
If Lagarde junior actually made the right investments with the right timing, the Lagarde family could have made a small fortune in cryptos whilst mama Lagarde was giving financial advice to people about staying away from cryptos.🤨 Uhhh hold on, read that part back and think about it for a second. Think about the implications and how that would look to the outside world. OK, now that you realize the dilemma that would pose, do you think she would be stupid enough to step up and proudly admit her own son made millions as she was telling millions of people to stay away from cryptos at all cost? Truck no! I mean, I know these people are stupid, but the truth is most of that is the stupidity that comes from their mouths which they hope/expect us to believe. When it comes to their own well being I assure you they can get cunning real quick.
