Define scam

I'm not the resenting or bullying type but I remember this one time I was literally laughing in someone's face. Just no excuse, no self control, just straight out started to laugh right in his stupid face.

I'll keep the story short, it started out with me trying to show him some crypto and Bitcoin sites on his laptop which did not have the ''scam'' or rugpull characteristics he heard of in the news like FTX or Luna etc. But no matter what I explained or showed he kept insisting that in the long run, even Bitcoin was a scam and only fools would waste their money on it. At one point I started to type the letter 'b' in the browser for one last effort to try and convince him otherwise, and the auto-suggested site was a large gambling website he frequently visited. It was at this point where I could just not control myself anymore.😂😃🤣😄😆

To me all gambling is a scam. If you don't yet know why read up on this here because not only are the ridiculous games you play there scams, many sites are a separate scam in themselves. So what would make someone who's that critical of crypto and calls it all a scam, still opt for obvious scam sites with games that have ridiculously unfavorable odds? Because it's not that obvious.

It might be hard to believe, but scams in these type of games are so common people are getting used to it and started to actually accept it as part of the game.🤯 When a lottery is caught, I mean literally actually caught scamming their customers, one would think it was game over for that particular institution as the government would soon be stepping in and ending their operation all together. But what if I told you that lottery was actually apart of the government?

What happened is the national lottery of this county was actually exposed for only ''allowing'' major prizes to be won by only those who held a monthly subscription. Meaning that for years, all store bought tickets were either completely useless or were only able to win smaller consolation prizes. The consequence? They offered a full refund to those who kept the receipts of their store bought lottery tickets from the past few years. IDK what that is called where you are from, but round here we call that a fooking scam and a disgrace of a government.

Another incident is that a regular viewer of a weekend lottery show started noticing that every weekend when the machine ''draws'' the winning numbers, the way the balls fall into place as the ''drawn'' number was exactly the same every single week. Meaning that the number 28 ball with certain shapes and numbers on it would roll down the machine and land on exactly the same side and angle every single time whenever number 28 was drawn, and so would number 19 or 45 or 37 or....you get the idea.

The lottery's statement? 'We pre-recorded the machine drawing all the numbers and use this footage for all the shows'. Uhhhhh OK, so there is no live lottery drawing show, there's only a few yokels and morons talking 💩 for 58 minutes and a 2 minute pre-recording of a secret unseen ''drawing'' people spend millions on. Yeah I mean, if this doesn't convince you that crypto is the scam I don't now what will.🙃

Believe it or not, both lotteries are still up and running and reaching new heights. Crypto is not perfect but I mean, we at least don't have known exposed scams like Bitconnect tokens still being sold nowadays right? So in the words of Mary Shaw:

Things are almost never as they seem. If you sincerely think that world powers would spend their money and resources in order to just "help" citizens from foreign nations, you might want to ask yourself why they've been neglecting and out right murdering their own citizens for decades. What are their true motives for wanting to fund foreign (terror) groups, start global confrontations and wars? I'll let you in on a little secret; It has NOTHING to do with "human rights" nor "democracy".
