Before we even start on this one we should clarify that these 0 Euro bills in all honesty do not qualify as "fake money." Yes it is useless, yes it is valued at exactly 0 Euro, yes you can not buy anything with them and they cost (at least) 4 Euro each on issuing, but it really is real money printed with the endorsement of the ECB (European Central Bank) and actually comes with a watermark, hologram, tactile marks and unique serial number.

I say 4 Euro on issuing because that's pretty much the initial price one pays when a new model is released. Pending how popular a print is, the price will either stay low and basically just remain a useless gimmick which you can only trade with other collectors for other useless 0 Euro gimmicks, or they can skyrocket in value. I know for a fact Chinese tourists really loved the Mao version and pushed the price up all the way to 70 Euro each and most other Chinese versions are about 20 Euro each.

Why is there a capitalist Euro banknote with a Communist leader on it? We'll get to that later but it's both ironic and somewhat telling that this is one of the most valuable versions. There are others of course that became high priced collectibles like this 'limited edition' bill and first ever print of Amsterdam and although they released several other Amsterdam versions, this is the only one which actually increased in value.

One might think that's because these were lower in quantity but there have been several other limited edition prints and not all gained popularity so it really is a guessing game. One thing that's always deemed valuable of course are bills with the lowest serial numbers, but other than that it's like playing 'find the next Bitcoin' in an ocean full of 💩coins except that these 0 Euro bills do not have use cases, a committed community or provable tech on which you can base your research on.
The most expensive version (as far as I know) are the first ever printed 0 Euro bills which was actually what set this whole thing off. It was ordered by someone who had some sort of dispute with the creator and ended up returning them, who then put them on sale for 5 Euro each and they are now about 150- to 200 Euro each.

But what's most important is that with these notes the EU can now at last have the facade of "unity" by finally printing all their monuments and historic sites on useless waste of paper and purple ink, something they could never do on the actual Euro bills. Yeah that's right, ever been to any of these world renowned historic places in "Europe"?

Of course you haven't because none of these places actually exist. They are all fictitious made up places/monuments because the same politicians who forcefully want to bring "peace and unity" to African and Arab states couldn't even find it among themselves on something as minuscule as allowing the Eiffel Tower, the Colosseum, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Canals of Amsterdam, the Meteora or Cliffs of Moher on Euro bills.
So anyways, apart from Communist countries they also decided to print an English version. Yes they did and they even did so post-Brexit:

If you think this is sort of weird, they also printed a Libyan version. Yes, the country they destroyed and which is effectively ruled by three separate 'governments' after the 2011 invasion and murder of revolutionary leader Gaddafi, is now represented on an EU issued 0 Euro bill by, I kid you not, an image of the Italian executed independence leader Al-Mukhtar.

If you're wondering why I seem to be making such a fuss about this:

In case you couldn't tell yet the 0 Euro bills are no longer about 'European' cities and monuments but they are now a global marketing campaign seeking to cash in on the sentiments of people all around the world. It's hard to guess but I estimate that at least 95% of them are value/useless despite the fact that they will have a fixed number forever and the few thousand that exist per version will not be reprinted ever again. Yes 0 Euro bills are polymer bills which are about 30%- to 40% less harmful on the environment to produce, but that's still about 55% needless harm in useless waste of energy and material. Now you'd think that someone who's entangled in all this would zip it and not be found among those zombies who screech "duuuh Bitcoin pollution, have no real value duuuuhhh", but you'd be wrong:
