Though I believe that a higher intake of vitamin C boosts our immune system and helps to protect us against diseases.



No, I write this post to remind us that we should pay some Basic Attention To elderly people that are staying, alone,
during this #lockdown, in an elderly home.

These people are not allowed to go out and are restricted to have visitors and face so a very difficult time right now!
As they spend many hours, alone, with only their television as a companion, watching the numbers of infected/death
people go up and up, like crazy, I feel them and believe they start feeling like this:



They just want to wake up from this 'bad dream' as they can't stand it any longer.

I personally know a 92 year old woman, whose husband died last year, and who is in such
a elderly home now. I try to call her as often as possible and she tells me all the time
"please wake me up, stop it, tell me all this is nothing more then a nightmare, I can't take it anymore".

So please, if you know someone like that, don't visit them but call them as often as you can.
They feel very fragile, scared right now!
They need our support as most of them are not aware to use the Internet to ventilate their feelings.
