I found the spine picture on a site called https://fishkeepingforever.com/guppy-bent-spines-reasons-treatments-cures-facts/, somehow I think that is how my spine looks like when I have this problem.
I have a bad pain in my back right now, it started this morning I was brushing my teeth and I just bent a little and I felt a slight pain in my back, that was it, it happens all the time, I think I must have had some vertebrae or something go bad in one of the various accidents I have been involved in. Now the pain is not intense but when I try to walk I just have a problem because my spine seems to be bent so I have to walk slightly sideways and slowly.
I have tried a lot of things but mostly just take pain pills, I have tried cracking my back but it doesn't crack, in fact the only sound I hear is if lie down face up and strecth my right leg I can feel and hear a crack near the base of my spine, I reckon this is where the problem is. The thing does go away on its own eventually but sometimes I have that pain for two or three days and it is a nuisance especially as I like to walk.
It is also kind of frightening because sometimes I think I could just have my spine locked down and have to walk stooped and painfully for the rest of my life not a good thought at all. I hope that is not so but I would really like to find an answer on how to eliminate this problem, the only medical reckoning I have had for it were some x-rays I took a few years back with nothing irregular showing so I have to look for alternative measures. As I am 57 I guess that also doesn't help my bones must be starting to get brittle by now or at least the joints.
Well if you have read so far, do you have any advise for this? I know all situations are different but having real life experiences can sure help out, at least psychologically.
