In this first blog post we want to introduce to you Gaupa Labs, talk a bit about what keeps us up at night and what content you can expect from us on Publish0x.
Give it to me straight, what is this?
Gaupa Labs is a young blockchain tech start-up focused on building blockchain applications with positive impact. At the same time we try our best to educate as many people as we can reach about Blockchain, its history, technology and use cases. And that’s exactly what we are going to publish here: mostly educational content, often linked to our own work since we are researching every piece of technology we are using ourselves.
We are however interested in a lot of blockchain projects and follow closely how the space as a whole is evolving.
‘Positive Impact’ you say?
Naturally, you might ask yourself at this point, what ‘positive impact applications’ are you working on? Well, we are building software for supply chain management which enables small and medium sized companies to track their assets, inventories and flows all along their supply chains. But that’s not only the half of it. On the other hand, since the software is based on a Blockchain, most transactions (whose information is, if public, not threatening the company nor its partners), are publicly visible. With this, consumers can verify for example origins of their products or their correct storage. Made possible via an intuitive User Interface
On top of this, we aim to create a community around sustainable and ecological products, giving each member the possibility to participate through both supporting and securing our ecosystem.
