With the current state of web 3 gaming being rough over the last couple of weeks with multiple game closure, it's a relief to see some good news.
This news comes in the forum of collaboration from the team behind the $Pixel token.
You may be aware of a new staking site for 3 games which launched in Beta a few weeks ago.
These games are currently:
- Pixels
- Forgotten Runiverse
- Pixel Dungeons
The APR for the staking has been quite appealing and with no lock in period it's a great way to support the development of the games while still seeing a return. Payouts happen every 7 days.
$Pixel can now be used in all 3 games which gives it more flexibility
I am very pleased to see this level of co-operation because communities need to come together and bring in new fans to discover great games. Web 3 will succeed when we are untied instead of divided.
There has also been a new announcement this week as Sleepagotchi-lite has been added to the suite of games using $Pixel token. It will be listed on the Pixel staking site as of June 8. We will be able to earn and spend Pixel in game
I have been really enjoying Pixel Dungeons as I find it's great to play when time is short as each round only takes around 2 minutes or so (assuming you survive, haha)
