Mantra Chain, a layer 1 blockchain that operates at the heart of the challenge by tokenizing real-world assets, ensuring regulatory needs with relevant authorities and providing a digital identification tool (DID) necessary for the expansion and adoption of RWA.

This ecosystem is called “OMniverse” and focuses on the large-scale adoption of Real-World Assets (RWA). The security, operation and transactions of the ecosystem are based on the Mantra Nodes layer, acting as a cornerstone of this network. Mantra Finance offers various decentralized finance products (challenge) such as staking OM tokens in exchange for rewards, but also on-chain safes (vaults) containing different digital assets (ETH, SOL, DOT, ATOM...). Mantra Finance is also expected to offer a decentralized exchange (DEX) with various features. The OM token is a governance token allowing its holders to propose and vote through Mantra DAO for new implementations on the protocols of “OMniverse”.

Recently, the MANTRA token saw a dramatic increase in its value, raising its market cap to almost $6 billion.

Launched in 2020 by John Patrick Mullin, Mantra first came to the fore in July 2024 when it announced a partnership with MAG Group, a UAE real estate developer, to tokenize $500 million of land assets. This model opens the door to mass tokenization. Institutional people are also very fond of this kind of project and the next few years could see many projects like MANTRA develop and grow. However, these types of projects require large-scale legislative changes around the world to ensure that they can be established on a sustainable basis.
