Stacking sats and websurfing

So about a day after I wrote in a post that I had only paid for the premium version of one app in my life, which is Wolfram Alpha, I decided to pay for the pro version of Cryptotab browser. Like Wolfram Alpha was when I purchased it, the premium version of Cryptotab is a very modest $2 USD on the Play Store (haha, apparently it's $4 if you have an iPhone), so I feel like it will be a very good investment in the long run. If you're an active user of Publish0x, I know you're probably using Cryptotab already, but my primary motive for writing this post is to get the download link on my parents' laptops without their expressed consent (and eventually my own when I finally get a new laptop later this month) so I can start stacking even more sats sooner rather than later. If you're not using it yet, though, feel free to use my referral link and get it 😁

Cryptotab is a desktop and mobile browser that has a built-in BTC-mining function. I bought the Pro version because I know I will get more than $2 worth of BTC if I keep using it in the long run, and I'd recommend that to you, too.

Brave is nice, but referrals are a little convoluted and it takes a long time to accrue enough BAT to even have your wallet verified. I really like the idea of it, though, and having used it for about three months on my Android now, I can say it is a damn good mobile browser. The few advertisements that you allow it to send you as notifications are very unintrusive.

Cryptotab is a really nice browser, too, from what I can see so far. I've stacked almost 8 sats on just my mobile device in less than a day, and as I said, I'm about to install it on at least one laptop as well. Turns out you get more than twice the hashrate on a desktop! My Huawei Mate 9 gets about 300 H/s in the foreground, and my mom's relatively new HP Envy laptop on max hash is currently getting about 725 H/s. Not bad for a one-time payment of $2. I installed the free version on the old iPhone 6s that I use to play Pokemon GO and it gets about 15 H/s. Probably not worth it on that one, especially considering the sub-2000 mAh battery. I might consider shelling out ten more dollars for the cloudboost if it keeps going well. I like that it shows you your BTC balance all the way down to the 10^-12 decimal, which would be one ten-thousandth of a sat. If nothing else, at least then you're not waiting there tapping your feet just to see if it's actually working.

But yeah, if you are using the internet and not using either of these browsers yet, then what are you doing?
