Guild of Guardians continues to innovate and change the future of gaming with the establishment of a new distribution system. This new tool is built on Ropsten, and today, on October 14th, this distribution system was deployed to distribute the early adopter assets. Community members and managers were pleased by a mostly seamless process.
However, with any technology, new and old, there are some that will experience technological issues that may make the process not-so-seamless. Here are some troubleshooting steps to take if you are experiencing difficulty.
First, make sure you should have gotten a distribution. Verify that your wallet is on the spreadsheet and that you were allocated heroes or energy boosters.

Need help finding your wallet on the Spreadsheet? You can search by pressing Control-F and entering your wallet in the search bar.
Once you have verified that you are due a distribution, the next question to consider is, did you pay for your distribution with the wallet on the spreadsheet? You can verify payment on Etherscan. Before submitting a dispute (explained later) make sure you locate the transaction on Etherscan and it shows the correct payment from your wallet (on the spreadsheet) to the appropriate contract by the due date and time, 5:30 CST on September 18th.
If everything is a go so far, and you can’t see your distribution in your Immutable X and/or Tokentrove account, there are a couple things you can do. But if you read that last sentence and were surprised by Immutable X and Tokentrove, that might be the issue. Your assets are going to be minted right into those locations. You do not need to summon them on the website first, but you should. It is all part of the pageantry of owning a Guild of Guardians hero. Strictly speaking, it is not necessary however.
If you still can’t see your assets, make sure that the guildofguardians website and IMX/TT are connected to your wallet. The same one on the spreadsheet that you sent the payment from. You do not have to be connected to both IMX and TT, one or the other is fine. On the Guild of Guardians website, click on the “mint” tab. Make sure your wallet is there, and you can link directly to IMX and TT from there as well.
Once verifying that everything is connected to the correct website, close your browser and clear the cache. Go back to IMX/TT and check your inventory. Your assets should be there.
If you have done all of this and you should have assets and they are not there, then you may have to submit a dispute. Hold on to the proof of payment and be ready to respond when the window to submit this dispute opens. Hopefully your issue was resolved by this point.
