The opportunity to buy Bitcoin at $60K that the market provided us.

There's something interesting about Bitcoin that tends to repeat itself over the years: the best opportunities almost never appear when everyone is optimistic; on the contrary, they often arise precisely when market sentiment is not the best and is super negative, as we have experienced in recent months, when people begin to question and doubt the future of the asset and many prefer to abandon the famous hold or frequent purchase of BTC.

In recent months, we had one of these opportunities: Bitcoin was traded close to $60,000 and remained pressured in that region for quite some time. Today, looking back, it's much easier to see the magnitude of the opportunity that was before us. And perhaps, like me, many of us didn't take advantage of it and, with some regret, we understand that, once again, a great chance passed and we didn't give it the due value.

During that period, however, seeing this opportunity wasn't so simple. When the price falls, there's usually a feeling that it could fall even further, and we can't predict the future to know if that will actually happen or not. Negative news gains traction, social media becomes a pandemonium, the market starts talking about new lows, and even those who have been following BTC for a long time may begin to question their own convictions.

The problem is that, while we're experiencing that moment, we never know if we're facing a great opportunity or just the beginning of an even bigger fall. That's precisely why buying Bitcoin in the $60,000 region required more than simply looking at a chart. It was necessary to believe in the long-term thesis.

And for those who decided to continue believing, they are seeing the result of this decision as extremely positive. Bitcoin returned to the $76,000 region in September, representing an appreciation of over 25% compared to $60,000, and of course, this doesn't entirely mean that those who bought sold at a profit or that the price can't fall sharply again. Bitcoin remains an extremely volatile asset, and the main issue is this: once again, the market has shown how periods of pessimism can create opportunities that only become evident after they pass, and even though this is often obvious, our distrust and fear prevail.

For me, perhaps this is the biggest lesson from this movement. It's not necessary to pinpoint the exact market bottom, but in reality, probably no one can do that consistently, and the most important thing is always to understand what we are buying and have enough patience to get through the most difficult periods without faltering.

Bitcoin spent several days trading in the $60,000 to $70,000 range, showing that that price level was not just a brief market fluctuation, but an important consolidation zone. Those who managed to see value at that moment had the opportunity to accumulate before a new recovery.

Therefore, I believe the main message shouldn't just be celebrating those who believed and bought Bitcoin at $60,000. The most important lesson is to continue believing in what has brought so many people this far, that even with market downturns, corrections, and moments when it seems like everything is going wrong again, this is simply part of Bitcoin's story.

If the thesis remains the same, it's precisely in these moments that we need to remember why we started, isn't it? The $60,000 opportunity has passed, but other opportunities may still arise. The most difficult thing remains recognizing an opportunity when it appears, especially when the entire market is saying the exact opposite.
