Cryptonauts, the world is yours!! Or as the graffiti in Wynwood keeps saying, the world is mind! As we enter the singularity, the long arc of history loves y'all for being on the right side of one of the very few freedom positive trends for the people!  

A lot of the more fun fintech research jobs we had included meeting with futurists.  Bless you Faith Popcorn whereevah ye are!!  BT had their very own boffin futurist.  It all boiled down to a big list of crazy sci-fi future developments on a timeline with probabilities.
Two things were funny!  1) looking to see how many events you would live to see, and 2) the singularity, where AI blows so far past humanity that everything changes in ways we can't understand, let  alone forecast!!! What was funny, was a good futurist would give an asterisk to all events after the singularity.  Cuz who KNOWS what the %#+$!!? would happen next??  Or when?? 

Back then, the singularity just meant super smart AI.  Now the singularity seems to be redefined to mean point of no return on irreversible, shocking change.   We don't understand THAT, GRANDPA had THAT already!!  When he was a kid it was all horses, then Gramps lived thru telegrams, cars, telephones, radios, lights, jet flight, TV, H-Bombs, woo boy, space flight, moonwalks, microchips, you name it. 

For us the changes are accelerating, but the irreversibly changing future is already here - just more so in some places than in others.  

Anyway, it's great to be here with y'all as AI turns us into dinosaurs.  We promise to lash ourselves to the writing mast!  Unless, ya know, we get a better offer to become a cyborg for our new robot overlords ar ar ar !! 

What funnies today  in the tradfi agitprop trench battle led by fiat against crypto?? Well, once again the print yobbos get the cold shoulder.  NOT a DROP of crypto makes dead trees!!  Oh wait we know WHY!! It's ANOTHER full page Crypto ad!! the theory is four for four now!! The FT KNOWS they can't say anything NICE about crypto!! 

Ahh, there's funny crypto that won't say crypto aiight .  The Swiss parliament said NO BAILOUT!! but the finance wing went ahead anyway ar ar ar !!  Turkey banned use of BTC to pay for anything!! & now Recep's grasp on power is flaking as the people suffer on with 50% inflation!! 

But let's move ONLINE - cuz today online we get a HUGE funny!! Ah man ya KNOW this one HURT the FT!!!  AH ha ha ha!! 

Liz Truss became PM and called for crypto to save the CIty!! So the BoE, the FT, the FCA and all the "yes minister" lil britain deep state blackballed HER right under the bus ah ha ha ha!!

SO, Rishi as PM said the SAME THING!!  & the Royal Mint laughed at him, gave him a Japanese yes, then just flatly refused to make an NFT.  Aww, was it too hard?? You can buy "the Merge" for 100 million, or you can buy a MetaShiba for 0.000000001653, with apes, Faberge, Prada, Luie Vitton, even brit hometown faves Burburry offer NFTs.  But the Royal Mint just couldn't be arsed!!  " Eff off, Minister!!"  It would be sad if it were not FUNNY!!! 

But now, BIZ marches ON baby!!  More than SIX YEARS after the CME piled in, the LSE finally drags arse into the scene!! TLDR: the subliminals are HILARIOUS!! The FT tries to crop the pic with a positive upward slant!!  But the polish job just shows off the low-effort, chit Brit work ethic laughed at by every Merican ever sent to work across the puddle!!  Ya know, why BOTHER to shine up the "Group" part!! And polishing the crest is HARD, guv'ner!!  But it's OK to accidentally polish a little bit of one side ah HA HA HA HA HA!! OMG.  Just use a tool if yer that lazy!! Or don't do it AT ALL!! 

Anyway, decades late, in a feeble fashion, giving a huge victory to crypto happy France,  the LSE promises to FOMO in to compete with the CME, CBOE, Deustch Borse, and everyone else in their class!! Maybe even by THIS YEAR AH HA HA HA!! Lazy, yes!!!  but the FCA might still screw the LSE again TOO! ar ar ar !!

"  wait not really, not this year, but another shot!! " a SERIES of US enforcement actions!! In an all too telling absolute flat LIE, the FT mentions that BTC has climbed 50% in the last three months.  WHAT?? on Jan 13, the mighty Gecko has BTC at 19,290.  This second, BTC at 30,340!! So whats that, more like 60% we WANNA RETRACTION ar ar ar aroo0000!!!   Tell the REAL truth you DAWGS!!  Cook the intervals like you always do AGAINST BTC!! FIVE months ago BTC was 15K and change, that's #$$#(*& rounds to a 100% increase !!!!!! ar ar ar !! 

Judges talk us off the ledge, we can only award two FU's out of Five for what should have been a happy, crypto positive article.
