What A Day

Today's been great
Not much to do,
Plenty of sleep
And a quiet phone.

A preview to life
Of a semi-retiree,
What I'll be in 2022
Free at last, almost.

Only one email
And two messages,
Zero phone calls
Just how I like it!

Ten days more
This is a run up,
To my future life
This is how I want it.
