In the silence of the night
A decision has been made
It'll be something I'll miss
But it's the thing to break.
After so long, the joy is there
But inspiration not anymore,
Have thought long and hard
Yes, it is time to let go.
Right or wrong, who knows?
Go or stay, it's just a yes or no,
Set a date and just do it
Cut it off but not forever.
I'll be back, I'm sure of that
For now, I'll take a break,
Well deserved I'd like to think
Till I see you again next time.
