I seem to have it all
From the outside,
All rosy and nice
But tears none sees.
The struggles I face
All alone by myself,
For real or in my head
Messing up reality.
Oh the pain I carry
How to reduce it,
The weight heavy
Bearing down on me.
It's all in my head
That's what people say,
But it's real, it's true
This is my reality.
