Substance abuse,
For an instant that’d amuse.
Warned you from the start,
But you think you’re smart.

Now you’re on a hook,
You should see how you look.
Drugs have put you on the edge,
You’re young yet you’ve aged!

Daily dose of drugs you insist,
Strengthen your resolve to resist!
Don’t focus your mind on tonight,
It’ll soon be daylight.

Your world will cave in,
If this fight you don’t win.
Pick yourself from the ground,
Don’t be beaten down.

The end of the tunnel has a light,
It’s the only point that’s bright.
Time to put your ways on a mend,
And turn yourself into a new man.
