A smile on my face
Hard to wipe off,
Things are looking up
I'm feeling good about it!
I've not been this happy
Or excited like now,
I'm definitely motivated
And ready to move on.
Reclaiming my life
Especially precious time,
To do what I enjoy
Deferred for so long.
The future seems brighter
Indeed isn't an illusion,
What I'm going through
Is in the air, is a reality.
