Today is special,
So I’m writing this haiku,
Just for you, my friend.

I would like to wish,
Happy Birthday to you, girl,
With this poetry.

I trust you won’t mind,
I’ve no money for presents,
But only wrote this.

I’m now able to
Send my love and best regards,
To you on this day.
