A Little Blessing

A little blessing
From friends, strangers,
Warms my heart
Makes me smile.

Totally unexpected
Kindly gestures,
So out of the blue
Yet, so welcomed.

It's not about money
But the act of kindness,
Of stepping up
For a friend, for me.

Of which I'm thankful
To meet these peeps,
Who lift my spirits up
Light my life for a moment.
