A Recipe For True Happiness & Positivity


In this time period depression seems to be becoming a norm. People get overwhelmed by things happening in their lives that are outside of their control. We as humans love to stay in control, or at least think we are. When we are faced with obstacles we cant yet overcome and many of them pile up at once we face system overload and in order to protect oneself the body goes into depression mode.

It is so important to keep a positive outlook, communicate with people, excercise, keep a good diet and do some breathing yoga exercises which all help with depression. Finding a deeper understaning of oneself and dedicating yourself to a purpose, a goal or something you strive for.

I think Mr. Alfred Hitchcock defined it Best in his 1964 Interview.
The defenition for pure happiness.
