There has been a lot of hype recently around so called 'memecoins', those that are more of a joke than a real functional crypto. Obviously DOGE is the most well known of these but what about Banano (BAN)?
A fork of the popular NANO coin, Banano has many ap-peel-ing features, fee free transactions, lightning fast speed, deflationary (there is a fixed number, they can't be mined and there have been several coin burns so far), eco friendly (no mining) and loads of potassium.
Its current major issue is its lack of availability on major exchanges (you can trade BTC/BAN on Mercatox), which I think in part is holding back its value, however you can buy NANO, and use an exchange site to swap for BAN very easily using https://banano.nano.trade/ or https://bnswap.xyz/ neither has any fees but BNSwap usually has a better spread so you get more BAN for your NANO. You can also exchange Reddit Moons for BAN using https://moon.nano.trade/ then https://moon.banano.trade/.
The best thing about Banano however, is the community. Find them on Reddit and Discord and get involved, they are friendly welcoming and like to spread around their potassium.
