The program uses a "stacking" system for points through three primary avenues:

  • The Daily Set: Three quick tasks on your dashboard (usually a poll, a short quiz, or a news link) that take under two minutes.

  • Web Searching: You gain points for every search performed via Bing.

  • Gaming: Xbox users can also earn points by opening games or completing Game Pass "Quests."

Usage on Google Chrome

You do not need to switch browsers to participate. To earn points within Chrome:

  1. Account: Please do sign up for a Microsoft account (you can use an existing Gmail address to signup).

  2. Extension: Install the official Microsoft Rewards extension.

  3. Dashboard: Click the "Medal" icon in your extensions to be able to track progress and complete tasks.

Tiers and Redemptions

Points can be exchanged for digital gift cards across various categories (but the availability varies by region):

  • Retail: Amazon, Target, Walmart, Best Buy.

  • Food: Starbucks, Domino’s, UberEats, DoorDash.

  • Gaming/Entertainment: Roblox (Robux), Hulu, Xbox, League of Legends.

  • Travel: Delta, Southwest Airlines, Hotels.com.
