Ingredients:
500 gram chicken fillet
2 cups of curry leaves roasted and blend into powder form
4 tbsp of oil
2 small cinnamon stick
2 pieces of star anise
2 cardamom
2 clove
1 stick of curry leave for initial frying
2 big onions chopped
2 green chili chopped
2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp crushed black pepper powder
2 tbsp coconut milk
some coriander leave chopped
salt to taste
1. Roast the curry leaves


2. Keep aside the roasted leaves to cool down and blend to powder


3. Stir the spices in oil as shown in picture below

4. Add chopped onion, curry leaves and chopped green chili

5. Add ginger and garlic paste

6. Add all spices

7. Add the roasted curry leaves powder

8. Add the chicken fillet and salt to taste. Stir fry until the chicken is cooked.

9. Add the chopped coriander leave and coconut milk. Cook until dry.


10. Serve with rice
