Yogurt cake. New blog!

I had already commented that Publish0x seems to me a great platform to share knowledge, accumulate cryptocurrencies, and build a small community. I always encourage people to start posting here so they can accumulate more crypto and share their experiences with us. So I'm going to start a new blog here with the idea of encouraging people to keep Publish0x growing. The blog will be something simple that everyone could do, cooking recipes, and it will be called "Foodie". In this first post, I am going to start with something simple, a yogurt cake.

Ingredients:

- 3 large eggs. If they are very small, better use 4.

- 1 lemon yogurt.

- 3 measurements of the yogurt size in flour.

- 2 measures of the yogurt size of sugar .

- 1 measure of sunflower or olive oil yogurt size. Butter can also be used.

- An envelope of what they call yeast but it is a gasifier for baking.

- A pinch of salt.

To begin we put the oven to heat at 180° and then we take the eggs and beat them until they double their size (the better they are beaten, the more spongy the cake will be). If you have the opportunity to get first-hand eggs from the farmer, see to notice the difference in color and flavor.

Add the pinch of salt and the lemon yogurt to continue beating until well integrated.

Then it is the turn of the oil and we continue beating until we get a homogeneous mixture.

Once we finish with the liquid ingredients we have to start mixing the solids, we are going to start with the sugar and we also beat well before the next step.

To finish the preparation we are going to add the flour and yeast. In this step, it is very important to pass the flour through a bouquet to avoid creating balls of flour in our cake.

Now we are going to flour the mold so that the cake does not stick to us when we unmold it. We spread as thin a layer of butter as possible with our fingers and sprinkled a little flour on top so that it sticks to the butter. The layer must be as thin as possible.

The final step is baking and for many, it is the fateful point. Only two pieces of advice are valid for all kinds of cakes:
-Temperature above 160° for the gasifier to take effect
- Do not open the oven door before the first 30/40 minutes of cooking.

In case of doubt, the reference that I take is without about 7 minutes of cooking for each centimeter of height that the mold occupies. In my case, this cake with my oven at 180° takes 45 min to reach this point.

You can use a little lemon zest if you want to accentuate the lemon flavor.
