
Living in the west it can be hard to find a good true Vegan restaurant, but living in a small Mountain Village on the border of Hong Kong a Spiritual Village where Christians, Buddhist, and Taoist all live together. This is a true Vegan delight with almost 70% of the restaurants serving Vegan dishes.

As you walk down a side road next to a mountain stream you will see a small little area playing Buddhist music, as you get closer ther vibration pulls you towards this small restaurant. If you did not hear the music you just might walk right past and never get to taste the wonderful dishes that are served here daily.

Their old sign sit in the corner, it had to be replaced with a moder on that reflects new pricing and design.

Here you will see the old with the new, everone here in this small mountain village pays by a cashless system called wechat, and the payment is boldly displayed as you enter the restaurant. Upon entering you will sit at a traditional style Chinese dinner table, and for a mere 40RMB or $5.85usd you can have a Vegan Delight of all the dishes you can eat.

Before stiiing down you will see Buddhist design flowing throughout this small little restaurant.

Upon sitting down the first thing to get served is your eating utensils witha pot of hot Chinese tea.

Now come some of the main dishes the waiter walks around and has several dishes to choose from, you are given a large variety to start with ,and it seems that the food never stops coming.

The dishes seem to be endless and the variet is one of the bes I have seen at any restaurant, let along a Vegan establishment.

They make their food a work of art, and sometimes so beautiful you hate to spoil the design by eating them.

Their dumplings are some of the best in the area, showing the filling inside that just melts in your mouth.

Tomatoes are served a little different, unlike the west where we put salt on the tomatoes here in China they remove the skin and add a touch of sugar.
