Often when I look for guidance
Elements become lanterns flying.
Alchemical wheels
they turn to both destroy & build.
Some humans get scared, & want to slash the tires
What if we realized they come from what's higher.
Nature is patient & doesn't force when
Unlike those who condemn
or those who attempt
to force family or friends
to mimic their own footprints.
Nature lets me sit from dawn through dusk-
unjudged, unrushed, in sync with Love.
The farther I'm removed from it
The closer a future reunion is.
I watch water tear though earth
As my tears can often tear through hurt.
That same water replenishes wood and trees
the way beautiful memories can surface from grief.
Fire can take down every tree and leaf
The relentless appease
the way my anger wants to stand up for me.
Fire can also warm a body when need be,
Before the sun sinks into the night's freeze.
I could continue
but I don't feel the need
To elaborate on nature
In random poetry

Photo taken of me by me in the woods, getting bit up by mosquitos.
The outfit I made from leaves that same day.
