With a government focused on genuine development, the economic potential of this historic land could reach exponential heights, boasting world-class offerings ranging from pristine waters and exquisite cuisine to resorts and meticulously planned holiday packages, bookable a year in advance.
The maritime potential of the water promises abundant resources and extensive employment opportunities. The Lagoon itself can serve as an alternative transport route through ferrying. Introducing a connecting bridge over it would unlock vast lands for real estate, featuring ocean-view buildings and hospitality services tailored for tourists.
Engaging in dredging activities will supply the necessary raw materials for constructing the mentioned monuments and developments. The opportunities seem boundless, restricted only by one's imagination.
