The game provides big supply of speed-ups and in-game premiun currency at starting phase for free. Using those and focusing on city level will get you just to level 17 in reasonable time.
Its good to mention that from there is getting much harder. I dont think I will get to level 24 in time.
But game is fun and Im in good aliance to actually enjoy the game and get some reward at same time.
