Recently I read in a chat that one of the members thought about humanity in times of Corona. This gave me food for thought.
I deliberately don't write about the Corona crisis - because for me this is not a crisis that has anything to do with Corona. But more about that later.
The people in my country (Germany) adhere to 95% of the government's regulations in an exemplary manner and our government follows the instructions of the RKI (Robert Koch Institute) and the WHO (World Health Organization) in an exemplary manner.
Social and economic life has been reduced to a minimum in a very short time, without grumbling, without rebellion.
80% of the rights enshrined in the German constitution were abolished within a very short time.
Relatives are no longer allowed to visit their relatives living in nursing homes.
Children are no longer allowed in schools and kindergartens.
Loving couples across borders are no longer allowed to meet.
Fathers may no longer attend the birth of their children.
Urgently needed operations are postponed in order to keep the emergency beds free for corona patients - or because the person to be operated on is too afraid of infection. (The latter could have been just as much and more justified in the case of multi-resistant viruses).
The poorest of the poor can no longer participate in the TABLES, the even poorer ones no longer find a bottle deposit, homeless people fail because of the ban on assembly.
Minorities in thought may no longer bring their concerns to the public, as demonstrations for or against whatever are no longer tolerated.
The country must no longer be left. The choice of personal whereabouts is no longer allowed.
Deceased relatives can only be buried in a small circle, if at all, and if they have been infected with Corona, they will be cremated - in order to make a subsequent autopsy impossible, in case the authorities are mistaken.
And... and... and...
Nature, the planet Earth, on which we live - and I am not going to start from the assumption that we are only parasites - regulates most problems by itself and independently.
In the case of a flu, it usually settles it by creating a "herd immunity". With the current measures, the achievement of "herd immunity" is expected to last about 18 years. 18 years lock-down ... what an interesting experiment.
At the beginning of March, the RKI expected a large wave of infected people, which could paralyze our health system. Despite very questionable measuring methods, this goal has not been reached until today, April 21.
These measuring methods are questionable for the following reason:
If I shoot a person and the corona virus is detected, the person has died of corona and is included in the death statistics.
If I do not shoot him, previous illnesses are not taken into account.
Most corona tests are false-positive - that means: 1. test positive, 2. test negative, 3. test negative - the statistics include: POSITIVE
The health care system in Germany was already more than desolate before Corona. To get an appointment with any doctor took more than 3 months before Corona. The waiting time for an MRT was 6 months. The debriefing for a blood test up to 9 months.
Most people never got upset about it. The nursing staff continued to work in spite of massive abuses - usually at a disastrous wage.
Due to the lockdown, small and medium-sized businesses were almost destroyed, the old and sick were put on the sidelines, children were tied up in front of the Playstation and wives were subjected to massive domestic violence in rows.
If our old people do not die of Corona, they die of media panic and social isolation. - It has always been annoying ... these visits to the old people's home.
Our elderly devour far too much tax money. The state was already broke before - but now it can be justified - thanks to the crown of viruses.
A large collection of professors, doctors, virologists, who are quite well-known and not to be considered insignificant, raised their voices against the media policy of the RKI and were very quickly branded as world conspirators in the media financed with public money.
Critical heads of state at federal level are currently being called to the raison d'être by Chancellor Merkel - with reference to the WHO, the RKI and, unfortunately, I must mention him in this context, Bill Gates - who has found in Angela Merkel a very great friend and supporter.
The wave of infected people has not yet been statistically revealed. The wave is less than 1% - and yet the measures, albeit in a weakened form, are being continued and are still being observed by the German population and, according to very questionable opinion polls, are the biggest
The consequences of social isolation will produce higher follow-up costs than this virus could ever have managed.
The economic consequences will be immeasurable - but the economy was already in ruins before Corona.
If I personally decide to shoot a person, I will rightly be held responsible for it.
Who of the current decision makers is liable for the consequences of putting a whole country on the wall?
And finally:
As a descendant of the so-called Third Reich, I've always wondered, how could this happen ... how could grandparents and parents be involved? I have never understood it.
After the developments of the last 3 weeks in my country I can understand it and I am dead sad about it.
Hail Corona!
