Solana's been doing badly lately but has has strong sentiment from it's community on discord and reddit. Apart from sentiment, the price doesn't seem to be going up much at all due to the fact that it really just isn't improving. It's stuck stagnating because of a lack of active development and project encouragement from the developers. They're too busy pulling an algorand, selling their share in the project slowly over time and hoping you won't notice.

Solana is seeing a decline in actual TVL and prices - they've found a way to make it look less bad when comparing it to the USD global market which is clearly not a good method to do with a large crypto project. They could've compared it to growth last year or the past 10 years but they chose to instead make it seem not so bad, when in reality....it is pretty bad.
