Remember those bold crypto predictions from six months ago? Well, it's time for a reality check.
Among all the tokens shilled by crypto influencers, there was Celestia (TIA) which had initially seen a wild ride since the token launch, surging from $2 to $20 in three months...
So I looked at one of these influencers' video on YouTube, Coinsider. Initially, I liked his video, that looked like a balanced analysis.
However, as most influencers, he needs views and so he makes his prediction, as follows:

So he was "bullish short term" on TIA six months ago. We can consider that six months is a good timeframe for a short term prediction, right?
So let's look at the price of TIA in the last six months since this video was published:

As you can see, the price has been divided by more than 3 in the last six months...
Actually, TIA is one of the worst performers in this timeframe!
How to explain this?
Crypto influencers need views to make money. So they talk about cryptos that have already pumped in order to leverage the FOMO effect.
Therefore, if you follow the influencers' advices (since, to make it clear, "bullish short term" is a financial advice), it is very likely that you will fail.
When TIA was at $2 almost nobody talked about it. Personally I got it through a generous airdrop while most influencers were saying they will dump it like most airdrops. Three months later, when it was at $20, it became "bullish" for them... You see the problem: bearish at $2, but bullish at $20?
In summary, do not follow any advice, do your own research. And please feel free to follow me on YouTube where I do not influence but just share...
