Am I Spending Too Much Time on Crypto Trading?

By Bfab | Good vibes | 30 Dec 2023

I recently discovered in the Binance 2023 year in review that I've already spent over 1,400 days on Binance, with 346 of those days being just for 2023. I'm not sure if that's a lot or a little, but it's definitely made me question how much time I'm spending on crypto trading.

I'm not one of those people who can just sit back and let my investments grow. I'm constantly checking charts and trying to find new opportunities. I know that being actively involved in my investments is important, but I also know that I'm spending a lot of time and energy on this.

Is it worth it?

The question is, is all this time and effort actually worth it? I've definitely made some money from crypto trading, but I've also made some big mistakes. I've bought and sold coins at the wrong times, and I've FOMO'd into projects that turned out to be scams.

I'm not saying that I regret getting into crypto trading. It's been an exciting and rewarding experience. But I'm starting to wonder if I'm spending too much time and energy on it.

What should I do?

I'm not sure what the answer is. I know that I need to find a balance between being actively involved in my investments and not letting them take over my life. I need to find a way to be more disciplined and less emotional about my trading.

I'm still working on it. But I'm determined to find a way to make crypto trading a successful and sustainable part of my life.

In the meantime, I'm sharing this post with you to get your thoughts. Do you think you’re also spending too much time on crypto trading? What do you do to balance your trading and your life?

I'd love to hear your stories and insights in the comments below.
