I just want to share my experience with RealT so far. As you might already know, RealT tokenises houses, especially in Detroit. I invest since late October, so since the 23rd to be accurate. Since then I put 984.62 USD in, which is quite a lot for me, and got the first rents out (9.683662 USDC) which go directly to my ETH wallet. The community is absolutely amazing and what I can recommend you is heading to the Telegram-Announcements channel where you always get the latest information about upcoming sales. Because this is the only point to "criticize" that there are not enough houses to buy. lol.

My strategy now is to get one token of (almost) each property to get whitelisted, which is necessary to buy tokens from Uniswap or other dexes to fill things up later. Do you guys have other strategies or how to you throw your money at RealT?
