If you don't know what a bitcoin faucet is already, they are websites that give users a small amount of their own token periodically, or a larger amount for completing tasks. Cointiply is a bitcoin / altcoin faucet that gives users coins that can be exchanged for cryptocurrencies for free once an hour or for partaking in a range of activities. In this review i will go over the ways you can earn, what to avoid, and the features that makes this my go-to faucet, as well as a bunch of lesser known tips and tricks so you can make the maximise your earnings.

Withdrawals

The most important part of any faucet is being able to cash in your tokens for real crypto. As with any faucet, i approached Cointiply cautiously, withdrawing as soon as i reached the minimum balance of 30,000 coins ($3 USD). Many faucets either have unrealistically high withdrawal balances or will not pay you once you reach it. After confirming via email and waiting a day i received my Litecoin without issue. Here is the supported coins and the minimum balance to withdraw:

Bitcoin - 50,000 coins (5 USD) fees: 0%
Litecoin - 30,000 coins (3 USD) fees: 0%
Dogecoin - 30,000 coins (3 USD) fees: 0%

Here is my withdrawal history, you can look up the addresses on the blockchain if you are doubting the legitimacy of Cointiply

withdrawals i made, you can look up the wallets and see if you don't believe it

The main faucet, the rain pool, and other free bonuses

Every hour you can roll the main faucet. You will only get around 40 coins per roll on average at first, but you can increase this to an average of around 150 coins per roll by increasing your cointiplier and loyalty bonus. Your cointiplier starts at 1.5 and increases if you complete more offers. you get an extra 1% on your earnings every day in a row you are active, up to 100% at 100 days. The main faucet isn't a great way to earn big, but it is free money.

Every time a user on the website completes an offer the rain pool increases by a small percent of what was earned. Every half hour anybody who qualified for the rain pool receives a share of it, people who completed more offers earn a much larger share. The pool's size typically lies between 15,000 and 300,000 coins, my highest share of a rain pool was 4%.

Whenever you earn coins you also earn ContiPoints. While these can't be redeemed for crypto, they can be spent on pods. Pods contain items that either temporarily or permanently give you an extra 1-7% of your earnings each. You can have 4 permanent items and 8 consumable items at once, but there is no limit to the amount of inactive items you can hold. If you do not want to use items you can cash them in for between 20 and 1000 coins each, however it is more worthwhile to always have your best permanent items active and activate as many consumable items as possible right before you receive a large amount of coins from an offer.

Surveys

Surveys are the best way to earn coins. when starting out you will typically get around 5,000 coins per survey, but you can get over 50,000 coins per survey once they know you are a good respondent. All my top payments were either from surveys or the boosts i activated right before completing them3c77fecd5099eb0f2cf3122d18066b1a9f13f5918c9ef54b5c8271d705dbbcf3.png

The best paying surveys come from CPX and Theorem Reach, but this is only after you have used them for a while. If you are new and are looking for decent payouts right away, YourSurveys offers a flat rate of 6125 coins per survey. There are other survey platforms available however i have had less success with them.

PTC ads

You can get up to 50 coins for clicking on a link and keeping the tab open for 5-30 seconds, however in my opinion this is not worthwhile. if you view every available PTC ad for a certain day you can make maybe 1,000 coins, a fraction of what even the lower paying surveys offer. I would only recommend this if you are just below the minimum payout balance, however you could just use the main faucet to make those final few coins.

Offer walls

Offer walls host a variety of offers, usually requiring you to download and run an application on your phone. While i have not tried any of them myself i would use caution or outright avoid them. Cointiply screens the offers before they are listed, however they can be modified without having to be rescreened. The high paying ones are almost impossible to complete, and some are outright scams like this: 2f18f60c2ecfad3c46b79558521c006ced046e8e43e3cc8f34c0c493d050367f.png

The ones that offer more realistic rewards are possible, but they are not worth the time it takes to complete them.

Promo codes

Each promo code gives you 100 coins. There are new promo codes released to various platforms regularly, however they have a time or use limit. Here is my list of permanent ones which you can use, i know i missed some so if there are any you have please comment them on this article.

INTHELOOP

There are various other ways to earn coins that i didn't include such as videos and referrals because they aren't as notable. If you made it this far and are still interested i recommend checking out Cointiply, they have guides and many regulars in the chat who like to help. This was not meant to be a detailed analysis of every part of the website, more a guide to make the most out of it. If this helped and you are not yet using Cointiply, i would appreciate if you join using my referral link: http://cointiply.com/r/R4DYO. It gives me a small bonus without subtracting from your earnings, and encourages me to write more and better guides. If you would rather join without  being referred you can also sign up at cointiply.com
