It is time to concentrate on what you can do. Forget the ones that ignore the danger. Focus on what you know. If possible stay home or within a small group of people that do not travel around much. Avoid trains, busses public places. Use good normal soap. Clean up door knobs, toilets, often touched areas at home. Open up to let in clean air.
Daily vitamins D, C foremost. Vitamin B (B6 and others) and K occasionally. You might want to get some Chaga mushroom (e.g. as powder) to make some brew (half tea spoon daily won't hurt you). You may use more if you feel inflammation symptoms. This is what I do and propose you to do as preventive measures in order to prepare your body for a virus attack and avoid getting Covid-19.
