A reflection of this is Jordy Javier Gamez, a small producer, but a great entrepreneur who is building a new reality in the economy of his town, bringing value to the EOS Market Place community with his services and products.

I am Jordy Javier Gamez

My name is Jordy Javier Gamez, Agroindustrial Engineer and university professor with more than 17 years of experience.

I joined the great family of EOS Market Place (EMP) and EOS Microloan (EML) in October 2020. From day one I have felt at home, loved and appreciated by everyone.

In my case, EMP and EML have influenced my life and that of my family in an active and positive way. At a time in my life, when I felt unmotivated and sad due to the complex economic and social situation that our country is going through, and that undoubtedly affects us in one way or another, including emotionally, this great project came into my life, which not only provides information about a token such as EOS, but goes beyond other cryptocurrencies. It proposes a broader and more powerful vision to help all people. And the project through its tools (for example, one of them EMP) allows people to trade their products safely, quickly and reliably from anywhere: farm, farming community and corner of the world.

In short, EMP is an easy tool, accessible to everyone, without discrimination, that allows you to directly access and manage your own resources whenever you want, whenever you want and for whomever you want. It is like being the owner of your own bank and destiny, a true decentralization.

EMP is a wonderful tool that only seeks to help good citizens and move them away from the banking hegemony. Apart from the financial aspect, the project has a real social impact, which has allowed to help a lot of people who make life inside and outside the community, which makes me describe it as a "PROJECT OF LIFE AND JOY".

My extensive experience in food science and technology research, as well as in the development of food products from raw materials of animal and vegetable origin, and the limitless motivation provided by EMP and EML, led me to join the community full time, which has allowed me to produce some quality products that are now marketed through EOS Market Place.

It has also allowed me to help other entrepreneurs to produce their products and market them in a safe and secure way for the whole community.

Agribusiness plays a fundamental role in this complex moment our nation is going through. Therefore, although some do not see it, being able to produce and develop safe foods with the right nutritional characteristics means that we are providing solid foundations for the country's development.

There is still much to do and I believe that I can continue to contribute a lot to our community. We can continue creating, innovating and advancing in what has already been created so that our products are better every day.

I am convinced that the EMP-EML project is an example for the world.

My products for the EOS Market Place community

GamVill Arequipe

GamVill Arequipe is a viscous milk caramel, obtained after cooking milk with sugar and other additives. It is generally used as a topping in confectionery, but it is also an exquisite sweet to spread and eat with cookies and other snacks. To make GamVill Arequipe, the main raw materials, milk, sugar, containers and other additives (including preservatives) are purchased in the same community of EOS Market Place. Then, the product is prepared with the highest standards of quality and safety, with hot packaging to ensure no microbial growth. Finally, the product is marketed in bodegones and grocery stores within the EMP community.

DiVino GamVill

It is a product made for the EOS Market Place and EOS Microloan community. DiVino GamVill is a tropical fruit-based liqueur, product of the alcoholic fermentation of the must of fruits such as strawberry, blackberry, pineapple, mango and combinations thereof, as well as other fruits commonly produced in the state of Cojedes, and whose alcoholic content generally does not exceed 18° G. L. Fermentation is produced by the metabolic action of the yeasts that are incorporated into the must, which transform the natural sugars of the fruit and artificial sugars incorporated into the must in the form of sucrose into ethanol, carbon dioxide and heat.

Once the must reaches the desired alcoholic content, the fermentation process is interrupted and the fruit liquor is filtered, decanted and sedimented, then subjected to a mild pasteurization process and finally bottled and refrigerated for a period of time established by GamVill, thus obtaining the DiVino GamVill in optimal conditions.

GamVill Frozen Products: Chicken Nuggets

Chicken nuggets are snacks that are preserved frozen and are considered conformed products, which emerged in the early 1980s. It is important to mention that initially nuggets were solid pieces of breast meat. However, the growing demand has led to a continuous need to use new raw materials and technologies that allowed improving at the same time their sensory characteristics and yields.

This product uses manually deboned chicken meat from breasts or thighs. Then, it is passed through a mill and our nuggets are breaded, with the classic breading, passing them through flour, egg and bread crumbs, previously incorporating spices and additives from the GamVill formula.

Consulting

I have provided agro-industrial consulting services to several entrepreneurs of the EOS Market Place community, such as Sabroso Grill (activation of the dairy line, consulting on pasteurized milk, yogurt and others) and Finca EOS I for Venegas wine and Salsa Picante (in development).

Agro-industrial consulting

In the EOS Market Place community we have more than 800 affiliated business-entrepreneurs and a large number of them are focused on the commercialization of different food products.

Today many of these small entrepreneurs of the EMP-EML community have decided to take a step forward in the manufacture of some products motivated by the futuristic vision of Maurice Vanegas, and that is where I am called to support each of these entrepreneurs based on my agro-industrial experience. Undoubtedly, I am happy to be able to help our community in the development of several products and process lines, among which stand out:

Installation and start-up of electric smart kettle, as well as recommendations for the creation of dairy production line.
Guidance and recommendations for the production of pasteurized milk in different presentations.
Formulation, recommendations and guidelines for the entire yogurt production process.
Improvement in the control of microorganisms (molds) in the bakery line, extending the shelf life of the different products.
Elaboration, production and standardization of cooked leg ham.
Elaboration, production and standardization of back ham.
Elaboration, production and standardization of smoked ham.
Preparation, production and standardization of cold cuts.
Elaboration and production of bacon.
Production and re-promotion with a new formulation for Vanegas Frutal WINE.
Guidance and recommendations to some confectioners for microbiological control with the appropriate preservatives.
Recommendations and advice on new products that are about to be launched in EMP.

At the same time, I make all the meat products that EuroMarket produces: cooked leg ham, back ham, smoked back, cold cuts, bacon and chops.
