Twitter has never been stable for a few months and unpredictable things happen. So it wasn't very surprising when Elon tweeted about a tweet viewing limit enforced on Twitter. 

And then there were rapid changes to these limits.

And then he posted his own experiences and thoughts on it with a touch of humour. 

it seems to have set off an infinity loop for some!

Well, there are some theories about the platform being unstable and also some theories about Google servers and web hosting playing a role. Let's not go there. 

But here is a great way for Twitter to make money from this feature. 

Offer extra views whenever view limits are hit. Even some small amount like 1$ to reset the views to start again would.have millions of takers!
